It’s not just a job well done, it’s a job done to the absolute best of your ability from the work to the experience. At Blackstone Exteriors, we believe in doing what is right. That starts by having a knowledgable and well-trained team that can get the job done right. We know exteriors as well as the insurance process inside and out (but mostly out – get it?). We believe in continued education and training, not only in our field, but also in leadership and customer service. Then, there’s the experience. Doing what is right means being 100% honest from the get go. We won’t sell you something you don’t need, but we’ll be honest about the damage we find, which is why we are trusted by the insurance companies when we submit our assessments. We will be open in our communication with you throughout the process to ensure you know where your project is every step of the way. From our sales force to our crews, we work together with you and the insurance company, as a team, to ensure that you have the best experience possible. Do we ever get it wrong? Unfortunately, yes. Although we feel like superheroes, we are in fact, human. However, we’ve found that it’s not about getting it right 100% of the time, it’s about always making it right, and our team is dedicated to doing just that.
